Sir - With due respect i have submitted my complained a number of time on PTCL, but nobody responded.
The issue i am facing is that the DSL light on the DSL router is not glowing therefore i am unable to connect it to the internet.
I would really appreciate if this issue is get resolved as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
I am using DSL student pakge against this number 056-3780298 in Sheikhupura city before six month I am paying regular every bill sir now a days I am very disturb from DSL facility I again and again submit complain against my DSL connection but not take the necessary action DSL complaint staff said to me your phone line is not correct please you say to your area line man but line man is said to me I am not responsible about your DSL why are not proper working please contact to 1218 help line. Dear sir who is the DSL complaint responsible? Please solve my problem and take the necessary action against DSL staff my DSL connection now is working but I don’t know when he will not work next few mints please solve my problem and contact with me.

The problem is with your line, actually when the line condotion is not good then you get this type of problem, for voice its ok you may be not feel any noise and voice quality may be ok, but when it comes to data (Internet) you need very good line parameters (Noise Margin and Attenuation). My suggestion is go to concerned exchange and meet with Senior Engineer and precisely elobrate your problem and insist that problem is with line parameters and ask him to resolve your problem. Never ask any lineman because they are not techenically sound and for lineman the line quality means for voice only.
