I have just started using PTCL DSL Broadband internet, at first i was happy to see the fast speed of internet while knowing that i will be able to download and upload without Limit, but soon i knew that the Internet service slows down frequently and most of the times surfing is difficult... sometimes i cant even open my default internet page like google which is a very light internet page and easily downloaded...
i have used Wateen for the last 8 months, i didnt see such problems.. it didnt disconnect, it didnt slow down...i think ptcl sucks... PTCL tries to expand while it doesnt care about quality service... everything is business and business... but no service

download speed remains under 120kbs, no response from complaint dept, after sale service is almost non existence
