ptcl broadband DSL Complaints - speed

Respected Sir,
I am Using DSL 4MB connection.. My BoardBand DSL Speed is very slow and disconnecting after sometime from 3 months.. I have been complaining to 1218 and exchange as well again and again and no body response till now. And always they told me that your problem will solve within 24 hours and now its almost 03 months passed… you can check my previous complain history. From 3 months I am getting downloading speed 10 to 20Kb/s and browsing speed is low as well. Today’s my recent complain No. 63. You are requested sir that please a serious action as soon as possible. kindly do me a favor n help me out of this problem i hope this time I get some positive response

sir please resolve my complaint of dsl speed. my dsl speed is very low and some time disconnected. my ptcl connection do not proper work and much noise create during call. please resolve my complaint and give the opportunity of thanks.
