I m danish from Mansehra. Before 03 months dsl have been installed and since then there was problem that user name and passward were not working. Recently that problem has been removed but another problem that has been created is very much low downloading speed of dsl, which is 8kb/sec.
This is a technical college and all the communication is due to internet. We have made so much calls to customer care center and local dsl providers. local dsl providers are untrained and have no knowledge that how to make maintenance. They are enforcing us to dial “1” after the call on ptcl from the computer but the problem has not been removed. Now they are saying that this problem is with whole the district of Mansehra and it is clearly a lie.
Local dsl providers do not have good behavior with us.

in modem internet light gets off every 5 minutes and gets on after i restart modem.
i done know what is the problem.i disconnected my phone line but still facing same problem.any one who can help me?

I HAVE 1MB BROADBAND DSL PACKAGE,THAT,S WHY TO INCREASE MY SPEED UP DOWNLOADING AND UPLOADING,BUT NOTHING DONE,BECAUSE THAT 1MB AND 256KBPS HAVE NO DIFFERENCE IN SPEED,I AM PAYING FOR IT(IN 1MB).I CONTACT 1218 SEVERAL TIME THEY PROMISED WE WILL SOLVE YUR PROBLIM,NOTHING DONE.
I CONTACT LOCAL PTCL OFFICE BUT THEY ALSO FAILED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLIM.
NO WHAT CAN IDO?TO DISCONNECT THE DSL CONNECTION.
