Failure to upgrade bandwidth

Sir It has been a complete month since I told 1236 to upgrade my bandwidth to 4mb. They say they have done it but im still getting 1mb. 1218 says the port needs up gradation and they will do it within 24 hours but whole 30 days have passed and Ive made 5 complaints to 1218 and they always say they will do it in 24 hours. Can any one help me?

Totally agreed. Im getting the same problem for almost 5 weeks now. U were lucky u called 1218 five times cause for me1218 is always busy.

my ptcl no hi 0546582063 and broadband packge 1 mb but unforcunatly my packge not upgrade 2 mb plz my packge upgrade 2 mb and allow speed
