fault of dsl connection

sir i am using ptcl dsl since last 3 months and i am facing problem. The main problem i am facing is low parameters . Noice Margin low and Line Attenuation low.
My no is 051-5577282.please check all complain i have done at this no 1218 so many time but there is no tech assistance or help provide us by at home.

sir my broadband package is 4MB but i recieve only 1 MB and i recieve broadband bill 1999 i face this problem when my package was 2MB after PTCL offers convert it into 4MB on that day my Broadband was slow please help me and check my problem thanks

my dsl is not working from, 3 days..signals drop and completly dead from 3 days:0915840888
