ptcl broadband Complaints - i wnat to get ptcl broadband for 5 months

the 12 month contract mean that if you use the Broadband more then 12 months the modem will be your . and if you cancle your broadband before 12 month the Modem should be return to them ..

BEFORE ORDERING THE PTCL BROADBAND SHOULD CHECK THE COMPLINTS AGISNT THE PTCL NO ONE IS HAPPY WITH PTCL ..

Dear All Assalam-o-Alaikum!

As it is cleared that the 12 months contract is just for the modem.
Which means that if you disconnect the PTCL BB service before 12 months you have to return the modem with all its accessories back to the office. And if you wana continue with PTCL then after 12 months the modem is your's.
Even then after 12months there any kind of problem created in the modem PTCL have some very good policies that we will change your modem in the same contract.

agr koi bhai idhr hai sunney wala,to mujhe help chaiay, kiyoon k 6 bar ordar cancel hone k baad ab 7wini bar ordar bok kia hai DSL connection k liye, lekin main yaqeen sey nahi kah sakta k mujhe DSL connection mil jaey gaa ya nahi,?

7 bar DSL ka new connection bok kia aur kuch nahi buna,shaid ye saholat big city k liye

hoti hain,kiyoon k big city country ka face hote hain, isi liye sab services big city k

liye hoti hein, zahir agr face ko achha show krna ho to makup face pr hi kia jata hai kisi

aur hisey pr nahi, aur shaid mera city aesa hi hisa hai jiss pr makup ki zrorat nahi,

isi liye help line waley mere har request ko Forword krtey hein radi ki tokri mein,

waley app key intzar mein bathhey hain k aao aur DSL ka

connection ley lo lekin aesa nahi hai wo to aur bhi paryshaan

i am using PTCL DSL Service and it gives a lower download speed as well.
the distance from exchange is 2 Km,my download speed 4.7...............this is slow speed

I have PTCL Broadband 1mbps but its speed is too much low .
i hate this ??
i have complained too much time but no response from PTCL ..
PTCL is too much bad in consumer service

They PTCL workers do not working as they should....... I have complaint so many times but there is no any reply from there end..... I will change this PTCL DSL...... They are frauds......
