Internet not working

My internet connection stopped working for no reason and didn't connected again. After much complaints and diagnostics, It was Error 651, which PTCL guy told me that it happens when port is hanged at the exchange or whatever.

But even after 2 days and unlimited follow up calls, no one contacted and I am getting fake IVR calls that the fault is corrected at that I should press 1 to close the Trouble Ticked. But My problem is not yet resolved.

Please help me resolving this issue. The concerned exchange is cantt exchange Rawalpindi.
This is the worst customer care in PK for sure.

iska tarika btow 1 modim se 3 pc lagai hai likan kam 1 kariga jo prhla on hujai baki per kam nahe karti

Sir my dsl net and phone is out of order i complain on 1218 but it is still out of order what they doing....................I need net ..........my dsl net number 052-6556040
