BROADBAND is like a dead snail

its more than 3 month we switched from link dot net to ptcl braodband , and it was the wrost decision of our net life. more than 30 complaints , still it got disconnected ater every 10 minutes, and their engineer saying that please we cant find you take any other service.

the same problem with me i told them from the very 1st day that i hada problem

the ppl of 1218 are jst the cap shit
illitrate or the safashi peoples they even dnt knw the apropriate rubbetails
or the biggest annoying thing
pick up teh phne and told u that specialist will be in the line after few min
but u knw i wait for them more than 1 hour after that they were not picing my phne as well hunu up the call again & again

I also experienced same issues with PTCL. Almost every week, their service would be dead for at least for a day for no reason and I will have to call that 1218 which always seems to be busy.

Had to stop using and cancel my subscription of PTCL broadband.

For your disconnection issue you can connect the router to stabilizer. It would be best if you use stabilizer meant for networking equipment since in event of fluctuations your DSL router gets rebooted/restarted and you get disconnection issue. Networking equipment are sensitive to slightest of fluctuations and only way to fix it is using a stabilizer or a UPS.

ptcl stands for what ?
pakistani telecom's cancer which has no limit , i m was sick of broad band
no action on compliants i have been to my exchange not only 10 to 15 times but for more than 25 times , there were no technical staff for assistance, i have recived bills with charges either dsl was dead for 2 months i was complain like a hell on 1218 , finally i visited to thier clifton exchange where i waived my bill for one month charges , 1200 rupess , but that was not end of dsl's glories of hell. they finally adjusted my bill after 5 months. thanks god i m safe now using cable net with nominal chareges of 400 per month
with more of data than ptcl , movies , songs , games and other stuff.
ptcl's rep called me and asked me "sir y did u unsuscribe?"
:) i said that please send me pay order of my money with you hav deducted and kindly send your limp staff on wheelchair/strecher and with ambulance too.

ver poor and bad service from ptcl, DAMN it !
I m very disappointed to ptcl Broadband service, now i want to remove and cut off this bloody service, damn damn damn . . .
