I am complaining about the sales and service. My net is out of order for the last 3 days and inspite of complaining several time, no fruitful result was received. The employee of PTCL are on strike and it seemed that all the system were closed. Although it is run by private organization that is Etisalat. The system is worst than before, as no one listening to any one. I complained through automated complain but with no result, I went personally again no result. I don't understand how PTCL is running their system..
