PTCL Broadband is very low speed

Salam,

Dear Sir,

I inform to you that our broadband speed is very low.I get 1mbbs PTCL connection recently but it is very poor speed.I m not satisfied from this connection.Downloading,Browsing,is everything is very low.
Plz solve my PTCL Broadband connection speed. Thanx
