I like to bring in your notice that last two week below mentioned numbers are out of order even this problem is in the notice of Exchange and My complain Number (30)(55) but there is no progress. We are facing problem so please do the needful on priority.

please solve my problem of ptcl number-074-4088006
last one year my number is dead and now i start dsl service in this number and until same problem is coming 55 complains ware i called no any response from ptcl direector-exchange-ptcl dsl supervisor and helpline 1218-

my no is dead for last 2 weeks but my dsl is working their is no tune in the line i have complaints many times but no response i am from qila didar singh and i am informing u that ur staf in qila didar singh is very very idiot staf all are of same type i gone there many times but they are so idiot that i cant tell u i have this problem from start when i starts dsl service i think u shoul stop this service in qila didar singh.
