i have a problem with my dsl connection , there is very low speed somtimes and even low connectivity .pleasse give me some useful suggesions please.

I PAY 800 RS BUT THERE IS NO BENIFIT OF MY PAYMENT
SPEED IS VERY VERY LOW FROM BEFORE YESTERDAY
I AM NOT SATISFIE WITH THIS SPEED.

PTCL customer care is driven by some assholes who are deaf by birth. I complained them about my slow connection numerous time but those deaf ears are full of shit.

jee mai ne dsl 1mb lagaya howa hai.aksar masla ye hota hai k kabi page kolta hai aur kabi nahi kolta. kayee bar mai yaha local dsl office mai gya. liken unhon ne bhi kuch nahi kia. jee mai ne jis ptcl number pe dsl lagaya hai number yeh hai; +915811507, aur mai ye bhi maloom karna chahta hon k mera package student hai k nahi. please reply. thanks
