PTCL Broadband Complaints - Low speed of DSL just like dialup

ptcl company is fraud becoz they not give as a speed which they write on there broser...they decieving customers.... fraud company

i have aproblum in line some of ptcl staf is so laze that the are not working inthe field

Long live the services of so called state of the art technology, PTCL Broadband, it's now third month , am regularly being billed for the great service. without being able to use the net, i have zte dark blue modem , only power light is on rest of the lights just show off, blinks n dead then. in the whole month of RAMADAN KAREEM , only one night before SEHRI time i was able to browse the net n that's only for five minutes. the technical staff visited three times , got me changed my internal wirings, etc.
Whenever i called 1218 the call centre guys were so sorry to hear my story, n i think they took it as a mere story. i have told them so many times that am now not interested in using ptcl broadband but they insist to give them one more day so the ......... story goes on n on n on.
if anyone else is interested in ptcl please don't go for it, you are being penalised for getting the connection pay them for nothing it sucks

PTCL broadband performance is very poor as well as no positive response from dsl officer.

i have ptcl landline number(0092418862091), which through i have launched ptcl broadband package that have much distortion and mostly when we received/dial the call the internet connection is effected as a disconnected. So please eliminate this problem.

it is submitted that same problem is runing with my DSL connection from the date of installation.as i was thinking that DSL will provide us fast speed but i m afraid.net is alwayes disconected several times in an hour.

dial up is better than ptcl broadband

Sir,
my dsl speed is low from few days.the internet light is contineously blinking when i download files video audio etc.I called the service center but he told that " May your splitter is not work correctly and they says that the wire or cable coming from the splitter remove and put the phone line wire cable into the router. and he says i call you back but he didn't".when i perform according to service center the problem is still contineou.
so please solve my problem because iam your new customer and please don't dishurt me."I am studying marketing and i belive that a customer is so valuble and important for company". and i know your company also belive.thanks

PTCL Land Line Does Not Support More Than 1mb As 2mb Supports But It is Not Available Due To Doubling it To 4 MB Even In Some Sectors Of ISLAMABAD Fiber Optic Is not Available Which can support Upto 10Mb Connection or More So People Do not Use PTCL Dsl & Switch To Any other Network Like Link Dot Net As They Are giving 2Mb Package in Just 2000PKR With No Installation Charges As Ptcl Is Charging 500PKR PER Connection.

IMPORTANT!
i am a new user of ptcl before of ptcl i was using wateen 1mb the speed of that was much bettar than ptcl package 2mb the service of them is also too bad Even when you go to their office they just do the time pass listening to you and saying yes yes yes. and they dont solve ur problem in weeks!
so pleas everyone dont try to be a customer of ptcl bcoz they will just give you a very hard head ache like me.
