Internet is very slow nowadays and if I want to open few websites I have to reload webpages many times before I can do something, it is due to very poor internet speed and I don't know whats the problem with PTCL.
I have an internet connection of 1mbps and could not even open up webpages one time have to reload many times before I can see complete webpage.

Dear Sir/Madam

I had requested 4MB DSL Package on my telephone No. 34831223 on 17th October 2010 but the Department supplied 512 kbps speed. I went personally to the exchange, met 12 different personnel and requested them to increase the DSL speed. With my hectic effort and continuous follow-ups the DSL speed has been increased to 2MB. For the last one week I had been requesting Exchange to provide me the speed I had applied for. Due to some unknown reasons the Department is unable to increase the speed to 4 MB.
Finding no other way I am requesting you Sir/Madam to look into the matter and increase the DSL speed to 4 MB. For your information I have also attached my DSL status report along with this message.

I will appreciate if you please take action into the matter as soon as possible.

Hi , i have got 2mb net but my maximum downloading speed is 170 Plz help
