sir, my dsl modem has not been working for the whole month of July 2010. I lodged almost 10 complaints with 1218 throughout the month. my fresh complaint Nos are 116 dated 4 august 2010 ,and 89 dated 5 august 2010. 1218 informed me that my line is OK and the fault lies in the modem. But the DSL complaint office does not concur with the statement. sir i have been made shuttle by the two operators. the 1218 denies any fault in the line while the DSL Official not ready to accept that any problem lies either in their service or in the Modem. sir I am very much sure that the fault is in the modem. . sir i request you to solve my problem by replacing my modem and help me out of the predicament.
