ptcl broadband Complaints - multiple complaints are not being noticed

PTCL DSL package overcharged without our consent. Dont listen to rectify error
Repeated written requests not being responded. No.19991218 is always presenting their ads or telling that they are solving "other" callers problems. May be they are always engaged with "shatan's" problems or listening calls from "other world". Who will listen to the calls made by a sufferer of ptcl's inhuman attitude?

no tone is coming from last one day and we have a great problem because this number is used for multi purpoes like fax broad band and mobiel .this number is used from last five years and we work for SBP

yes my internet conection is not working from last three weeks too many times i make complaints but nobody solve my problem please take notice on my complaint my landline number is 051-5962059 and i applied net conection on same number
