Dear Sir
I have just recently installed a ptcl broadband student package for 1MB and it is quite low even it works less then my local cable net provider however i have heared that it was very fast but the truth is that its very very low download speed

Sir iam customer of Ptcl
i have facility of internet DSL but it does not work means its speed is too slow . Few days before its working good but i dnt nw what happend to it.

im badly facing the very very slow browsing speed of my dsl connection on 2654421, i complaint alot of time but the non serious behavior of ptcl employees wasnt succed to remove my complain,
I write this for higher management that may be they play their role about my complain.
im facing it since from 15th september to right now.
Please entertain my complain or write me that i should move forward to any other private company networks.
