i have a problem that my dsl connection has down after approximately 50 to 60 seccond and network is not connected continiously and i lost my data kindly solve my problem as soon as posible i shall be very thankfull to you

I have just started using PTCL ( 04235692139) DSL Broadband internet, at first i was happy to see the fast speed of internet while knowing that i will be able to download and upload without Limit, but soon i knew that the Internet service slows down frequently and most of the times surfing is difficult... sometimes i cant even open my default internet page like google which is a very light internet page and easily downloaded...

I have PTCL Broadband 2mbps but its download speed is too much low .
i hate this ??
my download speed is about 20 to 50 kbps ..
i have complained too much time but no response from PTCL ..

Before three or more days. My dsl speed in going down.I have 1mb but my downlad speed is o.20 kbps .Kindly help me and check my status.
