No Connection

I ordered a new connection a month ago along with the DSL broadband service. I haven't been able to use the net yet, with complaining almost daily.

I ordered a new connection on 8th of February 2011.
21 days has passed and still no response.
I complaint many times also but the person always says your complaint has been forward.
your technical support is " z(minus,minus,minus,minus,minus)
