No setisfactory service

Dear,
I belong to a Distribution Organization in Sukkur,
We are using ptcl broadband from Oct-08 to till but it didn't connected or provided me the services even once i launched so many complaints but didn't got any response

Broadband service department told me that there is problem with cable and the line man told that our cable is ok, and i have checked from computer.

but they don't able to resolve my problem,

Respected sir, maine 5, october ko, 0632274093(bahwalnagar) es no. per broad band 1mb k liye aplication di thi ab tak koi action nai liya gaya ha.
