No setisfactory service

Dear,
I belong to a Distribution Organization in Sukkur,
We are using ptcl broadband from Oct-08 to till but it didn't connected or provided me the services even once i launched so many complaints but didn't got any response

Broadband service department told me that there is problem with cable and the line man told that our cable is ok, and i have checked from computer.

but they don't able to resolve my problem,

i have the ptcl broad band srevice i have 1mbs package but as i test it on online
they show just 122 125 kbs speed .this is the fucking device i hace disagree of this
service . i totaly disheart to this fucking service.

i am also a user of ptcl dsl at 2 months there is a problem in ptcl dsl service coming at 2nd month but there is no action against my complain my dsl pair is weak and i laughed the written complain but there is still a disconnection issue
PTCL Broad band is sucks i have a very bad experience with ptcl dsl
