Non-provision of demanded bandwidth of broadband
On 12th of January 2011 I submitted a requested to increase the current speed of my internet broadband from 1Mbps to 4Mbps. I was informed that my request had been entertained and that the bandwudth had been increased. On checking I found out that there was no change in my Internet speed. I lodged a complaint about the matter and I was told that the complaint has been rectified. But still the issue was not resolved. I called the complaint center again and they told me that the complain was still under process and that a reminder had been added to ensure that the complaint would of resolved. But still, there has been no increase in the speed of my Internet Broadband, on further inquiry I was told that my complaint was marked as resolved in their database but actually the problem had not be resolved and I was told to register another complaint of the matter from scratch.
It is a matter of great disappointment that PTCL calls every customer with a request to increase the speed of the Broadband but on demand take no proper action and the customer has to wait for a long time while he is being charged for the service that is not yet being given to him.
i hope that this coomplaint will be entertained in the proper manner otherwise I reserve the right to take this matter to the court of law and to press which would earn a bad name to your comapany.
