PTCL broadband not working last 2 days

PTCL broadband not working last 2 days! It connects but browsing is totally OFF, not identifying my connection at all. and complaining on 1218 has been USELESS CUZ NOONE IS RESPONDING!!!!! just keep sending a call saying your ptcl is fine according to our records!!!
