respected authorites my ptcl broad band is not working properly from the last three months multiple complains and request have only turned into continious proper billing nothing else once a man cam to fix the problem but it got working off in a day either please fix the problem or stop providing me the service i have broadband service on 004235425151 no. i dont know to whom to complain as im fedup of making complains coze it always look that there is no one to fix my problem
looking forward for someone to fix my complain

PTCL management will charge us for dead phone lines and dead DSL ? And PTA will not say a word on that ? Dr. Yaseen must be sent back home if he doesn't know what is his job description.
ME ALSO HAVE SAME PROBLEN FOR MORE THEN 3 months .when i call the person who manages my network connection he replayed .'' y don't u leave this servis''.. was he joking or he hate his own compny?
