Poor internet speed very low speed web browsing

Internet is very slow nowadays and if I want to open few websites I have to reload webpages many times before I can do something, it is due to very poor internet speed and I don't know whats the problem with PTCL.
I have an internet connection of 1mbps and could not even open up webpages one time have to reload many times before I can see complete webpage.

you just given in prefered dns 203.99.163.240 and alternate dns 202.125.132.12 you get better speed from ptcl broadband

kindly discontinue this poor service.Slow speed and slow browsing please do it as soon as posible.
