Its been 6 months and not a day when this modem hasn't disturbed me....I and FEDUP!!!!I have complained a million times but to no avail..I have 1 mbps conn. and it disconnects in a matter of seconds...the speed is b/w 20 and 40...miraculously it goes to 100ks but only 6s and that too after six days...I plead PLS PLS PLSSSSS improve your service as PTCL is my only available option....(sigh)!!!
