Dear Sir,
It is complaint that I firstly was connected with Ptcl bearing Number 02134682372
At my address at:
‘HOUSE NO P-83/A PUNJAB TOWN MALEER KARCH’
I.
On 15th December 2011 after login complaint No 58 on 13th December 2011,
my broad band connection was installed on 16th December 2011, and on 21st
December 2011 my Number dead again and I logged complainant No 96 which was resolved on 23rd of December 2011. again on 23rd December my number was dead for such difficulty I again logged complaint no 110 which was resolved on 27th December, 2011 .
It is cleared that I applied for Ptcl connection only for broad band purpose and during entire period I did not make any local or NWD call, but when I received bill of December 2012 showing the charges of local calls amounting Rs:1788/00 and I was shocked.
Than my husband namely Khalil visited your office and meet with you and you were agree about my request and wave the extra amount, for which I am very Thankful to you
.
I submit a photo copy of revised bill dully paid on 14th January along with this request for complete settlement with very hope that you will take personal efforts.
