Connection and speed probelms -EVO 3G

Since last week I have started having problems with my EVO 3G MdN 051-2548081.
Initially it started refusing connection to server or connecting after a lot of delay. Finally when i got connected eventually the data rate was too low or totally dead. After numerous complaints the connection problem seems to be resolved, but the poor data rate problem still continues.
