SIR
I have two connection of DSL.One is on0915863113 &other is 0915862005.I applied for new connection phone no0915862005 which was giving problem.I complaint to the concerned person Mr suleeman who is the main person incharge for DSL.Keeping me waiting for three days at lost he send the old used DSL not having the name of PTCL,any how i called him that you have send the modem which is old ¬ acceptable to me he broughr the other one&i told him that there are lot of noises in my phone,he replied that you can install yourself &Mrsuleeman gave me cellno of zakir lineman that you should contact him,i told him this is your job you should talk to him.Now since last three days i am waiting but no response.Today i talk to MR NAJEEB sdo ®ister the complaint.As a customer of ptcl i have the right.

A.O.A Yes i am not ashamed of my complaint as i am customer of PTCL.When i am customer than i have to raise my voice against any thing which is bad&which is unlawfull.This is also in islam that you stand against the bad thing as you know that corruption is on top in pakistan.I dont know who are you&why you are asking such comments.
