convert my 256kb broadband on 1mb student

sir,
mien Punjab mien Retha hoin city haroonabad aur mein nay 15/04/2011 ko apna con lagwaya hai ptcl ka aur ptcl broadband ka aur mein nay broadband kay form mein 1mb student packege ka likha tha aur ptcl walon nay 256kb ka con laga diy. please mera con 1mb student pay convert kar dein 17/04/2011 tak ok.mera ptcl ka number 0632250142 hai.
