My adress is H.No. 1/2 Senior Assistant Colony, Whyte Road, Quetta whereas on PTCL BILL my old adress i.e. 12/2 Junior Assistant Colony, Whyte Road, Quetta has not so far been changed due to which I am facing hardship to colect my bill.
