DISTRUBANCE IN LINE / DSL FAILED

I M SUFFERING FROM BAD SERVICE OF PTCL - LAND LINE SINCE LAST 8 TO 10 DAYS. CONSUMER NO# 021-36941584 , I HAVE COMPLAINED MANY TIME'S FROM OTHER RESOURCES COMPLAIN NO. ARE (236 & 508 & 581).
ACTUALLY THE PROBLEM IS THAT , THERE IS NOISES / HUMMING IN LINE AND I CAN'T USE INTERNET PTCL - DSL CONNECTION ...

KINDLY PLZ SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
