I have PTCL Broadband 1mbps but its download speed is too much low .
i hate this ??
my download speed is about 100kbps ..
i have complained too much time but no response from PTCL ..

U are lucky being receiving that much speed on 1 mbps.
PTCL shares 1 mpbs in 10 users at peak time.
1 mbps = 1024 kbps = 1024/8 KBps = 128 KBps.
thats the maximum theoretical speed which can be achieved only under certain conditions:
1: No other user with whom ur line is shared, is using the bandwidth.
2: Your phone line is absolutely fine with no noise and every joint being correct.
3: PTCL server is not under load.
U are recieving 100 KBps and thats above average...
PTCL do not want to listen to you. They have your account. They have been paid. So why should they bother?
You should listen to them before you become their customer. Just like our politicians. Promises before and nothing after...
