i am installed before 1 month dsl line. starting some days DSL speed is very good downloading and browsing are so nice work with speed. But after 4 or 5 days i have a facing the big problem ( slow browsing, slow downloading, and time to time MODEM DSL light bilnking . i have more complain by walk and by phone to DSL officer and his CP installer but not solved my problem yet.They told me your slow browsing problem is backhand side.
SIR please provide me good service for interest of ptcl.
it happened with me also .. i change my whole telephone line .. now its working perfect .. also ... check your modem adopter , attach it with voltage stablizer .. i have used many DSL connection .. but believe me no one is like PTCL ... the only problem PTCL is facing , they dont have good customer care .
i have a dsl/ 1mb/ of ptcl and serves is very low.no one could be ok till now.
