Dial tune prob

i have used ptcl dsl for my personal use. from yesterday my connection is not active and the dial tune is not received in my set so plz check my connection as soon as possible and i have needed this every time so plz satisfy me early. Thanks

yr bherchod aik dosray pe topi dalty phirty hain ptcl waly ...... mein 4 mbps use karna chahta hu .... line man khud kehta hai k apki line 4mbps k qabil nhe .... pata nhe kab sahe karenge ye malir walo ki lines ...... bhai fibre daldo malir mein .....
