DSL Diconnection

I am facing this problem from seven days, in the morning, noon and evening my DSL stays disconnect. It only gives me connectivity at night. I tried to complain to customer service but they don't show any response since they have made automatic method for complaints. I complaint with auto option several times but ptcl don't show any response. What's with them? They are spreading connections but anyone who has previous connection did wrong. I can't understand.
