i m using ptcl dsl connection in Sui Gas Field District Dera Bugti.....and my phone number is....420373 and my internet downloading speed is only 15 kb/s.and i have complant many time on ptcl office and alwayz i complant on ptcl help line but no one take reacion about my complant plz help me and plz plz set my connection....and my dsl internet is very slow mean dead slow plz help me.

I applied for PTCL land Line in may or June 2009 sinec then line man of PTCL not clear the line he says that you pay the bill then we will open the line, Ipay the amount of bill then he open the line for few days I proprly pay bill up to june 2010 but my line and DSl still not working. It is pertenant to mention that line man demanded gratification.I launch the some complant about disturbance in line but of no avail.
I am requesting to the official what I do to clear the line pay the bill to PTCl or pay the some amount on monthly basis to line man to continue the service.
My humble request to check the line, complant, and bills mayment and compensate the my paid amount.
I shall be thankful for your kind action.

Ptcl sucks. complain resolving, internet speed, billings, hats off to their great stories which tends a customer to go patiently asleep. i have ruined my 5 important mins for saying this.

Frm last friday dsl iz nt working .......many timez i call to 1218 bt no response......plz help us nd solve thiz problem.......from 2607782

I m de student of Gomal University D.I.Khan of KPK in dept; pf Telecommunication.
Sir there alot of net speed and disconnection line. but the officer give no response of our complaint.
sir plz i requested to that resolve our problem.
