My DSL 1Mb package (PTCL) is undergoing frequent disconnection for last 3 months.., Dsl and Internet light goes off and without any delay it reconnects again.., but this happens every now and then and i m unable to conduct any task online continuously.., I've complained , they have visited but in front of them it did n't dsconnect so they assume problem has rectified but its my request kindly solve this teasing problem or i'll have only option to shun PTCL and go for any other company/... Thankyou

Internet light goes off and after some minutes it reconnects again..,
but this happens every now and then and i m unable to conduct any task online continuously..,
I've complained , they have visited but in front of them there is the fault in fone line so they assume problem has rectified and request to complain about the fone line similarly the line-man do this and request to complain DSL.
Tts my request kindly solve this teasing problem or i'll have only option to shun PTCL and go for any other company/...
