Hello Dear,
Here I inform you that, since las four months internet (DSL) speed is very slow, my package is 1MB/s, but present resul is 6 ~ 5 KB/s. Please please please help me & solve my problum, I am in trouble for that mattor.

its not a 1mb connection its just 256 kbps connection
my dsl is 1mb/s.but current speed is 3kb/s.i m very depressed of this speed matter.plz solve my problem as soon as possible.
we got Ptcl 8MB DSL connection on 30 jan 2011 but from the first day and till we never receive more than 3.5MB and we have compalined thousand times on 1218 every customer care person just ask what is ur upstream what is ur downstream and ur comlained have been forwarded we slove ur compaline within 24hours but we are waiting from 4month for that 24 hours no one intrested with his job in ptcl, dirctors just enjoying their jobs in AC Rooms worker enjoying timepass and then home and our costomer care persons just lier and just for forward not for any action sham on all ptcl staff that u can not solve a problem that is complained thousand times and from 4 months so shamful
if any director read this please take some action
