Internet keeps disconnecting after every 2 - 5 min.

I am not satisfied with PTCL 1MB DSL . it keeps disconnection after every 2 - 5 minutes and most of the time i have to reset th modem to connect, then it takes like 10 minutes to connect and it again disconnects after 5 minutes. please take a notice !! I've complained about it more then 10 times in just 2 months !! but your costumer service is Awful. no one takes notice !! its not just my problem , many other user are also facing this crap !!!! Also download speed never goes higher then 40kb !! please take a notice !!! my phone line is has no problems....

(I thought PTCL was better then any other ISP but.......)

Same here....am sick of reseting the modem again n again as it keeps on showing limited connectivity after every five min....Iv complained using PTCL's customer services number...but no one has bothered to even follow up on the damn issue!

Same here im sick of reseting my modem after every 5 min coz it keeps on disconnecting....my last resort ultimately is to switch back to DIALUP :S consumer services of PTCL non respondent to the godforsaken issue

Having the same issue am fed up...ALL the ISps in Pakistan are worthless!

I am from badin my package is 4mb and the speed is 1.35mb
They are Bastards! fuck ptcl!

yes of course i have this type problem from 18 day .please tell me how i can rid from this. my internet is very bad.
