Internet speed jumps down from 120 kb/s to 20 kb/s

Heya ,
i heard that ptcl workers have been on strike for more then 14 days.
its okay when i comes to landline because due to strike they are dead so no calls mean no bill but what abt DSL..............they will sent me the bill of shit service..........
My request to you guys please go ahead and slap them on there faces and tell them its not about you only its more then 50000 peples involved in this as 10000 lines are dead............
atleast solve internet problem...............
