Dsl is not working properly

I have using Dsl from last 1 year but ptcl broad band is not working in night times from 8 pm to 2 am. i have complaints so many times but no responce.

There is only one thing you can do, as i did:
Switch to LinkdotNet. I used PTCL for 3 months and faced the same issue. Then shifted to wateen for a wi-max solution. It was not even worth trying. Presently i am using LDN broadband and getting 80-90 kbps. 1MB Rs 885 student package.

i have problem with dsl student pakge
dsl device me 4 connection hain magr ek waqt me ek connection hee use horaha hai per mere pass 2 computers hain un k sath connect kerta hu to pehlay walay compuetr se internet disconnect kerna perta hai
plz sovle this problem

salam dude i have never seen such a stupid nd sux company ever i complain like 100 times that i need configuration nd some time internet not working properly so please check status nd i never get any responce and atleast i did every thing my self sux company ever :))CHEERS
