PTCL DSL Complaints - Msn disconnecting

MY NET GOT DISCONEECT AGAIN AND AGAIN IN AN HOUR
ITS JUST A SHIT WHAT I DO????

i am having this problem in ptcl 2mb that my msn disconnects automatically after every 20 to 15 mins! :S
kindly solve this problem! :)

These third class ptcl router only works for 1 year
then it gets expired and dont works as b4.

every day have problem to conneted ,several hours dsl disconeccted whyyyyy?????????????, counted connection houres and got this dues,youres service have poor and u recived FULL pay.

MSN messenger give the problem for disconnection again and again if you create the live group or join the live group. So if you are facing this problem and you are member of live group or owner of live group then delete it or leave it.

If you leave your msn messenger leave sign in and shutdown the windows then it can give you problem if you sign in from other computer. So always sign off it before shutdown the system. If you use the single computer/laptop then it doesn't matter.

My DSL keep on disconnecting again & again because of noise margin ratio not remain stable & droped to 0 many times due to which router keep on disconnecting what to do?I did everything changed the router to new 4 port router, Put new foune wire, change the pair of my line with the help of line man but issue never resolved for the last 1 year or so. When PTCL will solve this rubbish thing because they are charging every month 1200 RS from us
