ptcl dsl Complaints - my 1mbps not working properly

Dont expect any thing from PTCL

Dude i got the same Issue and i m so sick and tired of them, when did the problem start, I remember mine started around 13th of this month. Does any one from the tecnhical support contact you or have visit you? The fixed my problem for like 30 mins during thier visit by changing my DSL port to test port and than again it went crap.

sir mere dsl mai bar bar disconnect mens internet ki lit off ho jati hay .. plzzzzzzzzz solve my problem and meri line mai bohat noise hay ... complains to bohat ki hain but no action. ap khuch kar saktay hain............?

my browsing speed is very poor plz fix it and you tube videos not played properly i face very buffering

when i am going to downlod any thing should it relait to 1kb or 1mb my downloding speed shows just 27kb per sec mens transfer rate is only 27to40 kb so plz fix my problem as so as possibel

بے غیرتی کی حد ہے کتنی دفعہ شکایت درج کروای ہے لیکن کبھی غور ہی نہی کیا کسی نے کیا تم لوگوں نے اللہ کے
بھی dsl لگای ہے کچھ تو شرم کرو اور فون ‏تھیک کرواور dsl واسطے
صرف 10 کے بی آ رہی ہے اور فون بھی بند ہے کچھ تو شرم کرو۔ speed میری

i recently got connection of DSL from your company (PTCL),Keeping in my mind that it will facilitate alot in my work but contrarily rather than facilitating it starts irritating

i have 2MB dsl connection and my Speed is 0.72 / 2MB
yaar ye ptcl wale aakhir chahtay kya hain?
mere pass aik or connection hai 1MB ka or us mein 0.4/1MB speed aati hai.
ye mere 2MB wali line per speed arahi hai.

Ahir kar ye dsl k sath hokia raha he koi muje b to bataye k masla kia he pehle to pakage change nahi ho rahata student pakage per mukaml bill ata he uper se speed inthayee fazool he..1 mb per zyada se zyada 40 kb data ata he DSL walo sharem karo begherto agar kuch tik nahi kar skte to ptcl chod do besharmo

I want fuul 1 mb speed . now at a time it is very low speed in lowest kbs for examle 450 .550 is maimum speed . So please checked it

mere pas wateen wimax 1 mb laga ta jis mei speed 165to 175 kbs aati thi ..mei nay ptcl laga liya per speed 115 kbbs aarahe hai per aaik baat samajh nahi aaye mere dost k pas bhi same package hai 1 mb student us k pas 220 kbbs aarahe hai what is this ? ye tu naa insaafi hai,
