dear i want to know that my website www.mbestate.net can,t open in Pakistan, let me know whats problems with this international proxy open but in Pakistan don,t open this site.... what i do.. this problems disturb my business very hardly............

ptcl has this problem with rarely used websites. i think they have set some sort of new algorithm in browsing. I am facing the same problem for last couple of weeks. i believe that sites which are not browsed much, dont open first but if we keep on retrying for say 20-30 times sites start browsing. i have done this annoying trick for a no of sites of mine. I've browsed your site for some time and now it is working but not for long, perhpaps till the ip changes.

PTCL duplicate online bill link not open for today morning, I have facing problem to print online duplicate bill. Please solve this problem and tomorrow is last date of bill payment....
