i have request to a new dsl connection 1mb 1month later but not available connection of dsl please solve my problem urgently

sir i have had take 1mb dsl connection but the speed is 50% or some times goes to 35%
please i request you to increase my speed up to 100% . i shall be highly obliged to you sir.

me ne ek mahina pehle new connwction ke liye aplied kia tha abhi tak connection nahi laga

I am applying since last 6 month but there is no fever from PTCL,
I have urgent need for DSL for PhD Research Purpose I am complained against PTCL for Higher Authorities.
