no speed downloading

i am using dsl 1mb connection for 3 ,4 months but nowadays the speed of dsl is too slow
why? i received only 4 kb to 8 kb out of 1mb connection please repair ur setup and provide us best services this is ur duty i complaint many time in dsl offices but no action has been taken i request u to solve our problem quickly because this is ur duty

AOA hi i am facimg slow downloading speed on my ptcl dsl 4 mb connection... pls now i am geting speed one Mb connection slow transfer rate.. 0423-5837238.. Thanks
