dsl not working right

i m very disturb just because of poor DSL service.Less downstream 1-5 are received.Very low browsing speed and downloading speed i have received.About 5 times i complain for this but till there is no action shown by the team.Kindly do something for my connection otherwise i will permanently disconnect it and will use DSL service of any other company
