PTCL DSL Complaints - poor service and bad worst customer support

i agree with u man can i know ur land line number if ur in karachi i will try it my level best to resolvee ur isssue

i have same problem .... i have been trying since 4 days .but they are not giving any response .
bad customer service ..they do'nt lead or good guidance

Low speed of browsing and downloading, worst connectivity. No one in the ptcl customer support to rectify the problem.

i dont know why that when i need ptcl DSL it does`nt work properly.i either start restarting again n again or show internet is connected but give no result...damn it is a really headache 4 me sometimes

poor service and bad worst customer supportI want to register this complain about PTCL Broadband. I have been paying a sum of Rs.1200 since last eighth months but I am sorry to say that I am feeling uncomfortable with your services because your DSL service is very poor and your customer support do not bother to resolve my problem.
The purpose of this Email is that My DSL is not working properly. I have tried many times to register a complaint and resolve my problem. I have tried my best to call 1218, 1236 and I have also contacted my Exchange to tell them about this problem but in vain. Everybody is trying to throw the matter in hell. And also asking for money Shahdrah exchange So, u r requested to please help me about this problem. Otherwise I have no option except to cutoff your services

we are using DSL service since last tree months, there are about over 50 DSL connection. We are facing from very poor service, there is no fiber optical line, service provide by air.

me ek student hon aur me ne 1 mb ka connection lia hy mre khayal se is per koi amal ni ho raha hy.....dsl speed dial up wiless connection se bohat slow hy....aur i hate it very much 3 weeks se complain karwae hy mugar koi amal ni...agar jald amal na hua hm sb log disconect karwa dain dy...so plese jald az jald hamare problem solve karvien yehe akhri hal hy ham logon k pas
ab thek krna hy ya disconect plese reply me as soon as possible.......wrna ptcl inshallah disconect hoga hamare pure area ka hm sb logo ko yehe masla hy....kia staf jhy response ni deta bill time per ata hy...wah wahhhh

my internet is not working properly from abouat last 3 weeks. downloading speed is very much slow. complained many times in exchange but no response. poor service . i am very much disturbed due to poor internet facility.

i m usman from jhnag saddar before two day dsl not work good when i m was call for help line so they said backly problembut i don ,t dsl slow working i want check my connection

PTCL Tech Support Team at 1218 is a bunch of fools knowing hardly any thing, my DSL issue remained unattended for 2 months untill i went to the exchange only to get informed that my Cu. line doesnt support 4mb upgarde. Needles to mention the 2months extra i paid for 4mb, time i wasted on 1218 on holds, on discussions with the so called "Technical Support Team" and the mental agony.

Please Help me

just at being from last week my dsl connection remain out of order &complaint already recorded to the Depp ( as num given me 5 )but since to till now no one responceded
for the same as subj complaint num ;- 5 & position is still as well as before so any official relevant to dsl would like to make a show cause to the under staff that why they are doing so with custommers of ptcl/dsl users hope may be some one look in the matter seriously in the interest of ptcl .
