DSL problem

hi sir i request you to please captures all the worker which can not work properly.i am using ptcl broad band speed of 1mbps and i complain 3 to 4 days ago i complaint daily 5 to 6 times and never slove my problem.why ..............

hi sir we are calling dsl office to disconnect our dsl but the number is even not working why is this so.plz disconnect our dsl connection.
